AA had a sit down with artist Elizabeth Johnson, whose show Flatlands was up at the Anna Leonowens Gallery (Oct. 27-31), and writer/researcher Esmé Hogeveen, who recently led a four-part community reading group at the Khyber. Through different means, both artist and writer approached similar themes and questions of technology’s place in our contemporary lives, the ways we relate to it, and the ways in which it is changing our patterns of thought. Here they come together to explore overlap!
